No matter which level of fitness you are currently at- our intro classes will open the world of CrossFit to you- whether you run marathons or are a couch potato. You will learn about the basic movements, find out what squats, snatches and double unders are and how to exercise them properly. The intro session is made up of four sessions á 90 minutes and start every month.
