Early practice makes perfect

CrossFit for Kids is specially designed for kids between the ages of 3 and 9 and teens between the ages of 9 and 15. Based on the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity, the training aims to encourage the children’s movement and physical development. It improves their athletic performance and coordination skills and thus leads to fewer sports injuries. Research shows that movement also influences our cognitive abilities. Consistent training can therefore have a positive effect on children’s performance in school.
